The thanksgiving day is a normal day as any another. For my it has a meaning, that is that of giving thanks to God for all the good thing that you to given. But it is an I gave normal, because you eat turkey and already. The thanksgiving day of this year what I caused he was to decorate the house for Christmas. Obviously that I ate turkey but later they began to work me. Other times the and passed very good in family festivals or with the friends. But in these last year they have been you gave normal common and current. Ultimately the traditions of the country are disappearing, as for example the thanksgiving day. Already the complete family neither they meet to form a festival and to share, but for eat and to be gone. Therefore I say that is a normal day, because itself to become a day to take advantage of the food of the other.
My Thanksgiving day was very special. In this day my family gets together to eat and give thanks to God. Every year we go to a different house but this year we went to my grandparent's house. My grandmother cooks the traditional turkey and the other members of my family bring other things like: the dessert, potato salad and the drinks. We were still there until late in the night. For fun we play billiards and dance. We spent very well. Days like this I loved because I pass much time with my family and this is very important and special to me.
Thanksgiving day is one of the most important days for me. This day is special because my family makes a reunion so we can eat and have fun. On this day we can spend time together and talk because sometimes we are so busy that we don't see each other. For me it is a special day because it is the day we thank God for everything we have. This year the Thanksgiving day was even more special to me becuase my oldest sister traveled from New York to spent this day with us. This year more family members assisted our Thanksgiving dinner. We rented tables and chairs and at dinner time we all sat down prayed thanked God for such a special day and then began to eat. Also on this I found out I was going to be a uncle again. We are all shocked but happy to receive such good news. Thanksgiving day is the best day to spend with your family and especially to thank God for everything and and put a side each others problems.
The Thanksgiving Day is very special to me for several reasons. First, it reminds me of my grandmother, as a day of thanksgiving, she died. She was very special for me. It was she who raised me. Second, is the day where I can share with my family. Though many we are distanced for various reasons, we always try to keep the family united . Third, the day of thanksgiving, it helps me meditate and think about all those people who for various reasons, can not get a Thanksgiving dinner. Finally, Thanksgiving day is very special to me because it reminds me of my grandmother, I share with my family and helps me to meditate and think about the people who need our help, so it is of great importance to me hold the day of thanksgiving in union with my loved ones.
This year Thansgiving day was the worst of my life. My family usually make a nice reunion and eat all together. But this year that doesn't happend. I waked up in the morning and went to the church, I think that was the best of the day, the congregation gave thanks for all the blessings an then we have a little breakfast. I came back to home and stay here all day till 5:00 p.m. that my parents decide to go to my grandma's house.There my grandma's husband was fighting because somebody cut the turkey in a wrong way. My aunt was saying that the turkey was salted, everybody was saying something negative or okward. I really felt bad, in the end of the day I call 4 of my cousins and we decided to watch a movie, it was nice. Spend time in family is great but sometimes is not like you expect to be.

Especially when cooking the turkey. On Thanksgiving Day I went to my grandmother's house, where I shared with my family and ate a lot of turkey. After going to my grandmother's house my boyfriend took me to Cold Stone. There I bought a vanilla ice cream with chocolate biscuit and kitkat, that's really good. It is nice to know that people come together this day to give thanks to God. But in my opinion this act of giving thanks as we do every day, we do not know if you arrive until the Thanksgiving Day to do so. I recommend all people to every day take out at least a minute and give thanks to God our Creator, for everything he does for us.
